Making Money While You Workout and Adventure Travel

How to Become Completely Free in a World Designed to Enslave us.

Written By Erskien Lenier

First I’m going to talk about the system most of humanity is born into:

It’s designed to insure that most of us will live like factory farmed animals all our lives: Being herded from home to work and back home, being fed what the factory wants us to eat (only that which profits them more than it does us) and seeks to keep us in this loop of diminishing returns that ends in unresolvable debt and ultimately death by fork, drugs, various side effects of chronic cortisol producing stresses and of one is lucky a week or 2 of vacation each year.

What a grim fate!

Next is an outline of How to Become Truly Free in a World Bent on Our Enslavement

For most of us, our school years were aligned with programming us to be obedient, unquestioning and compliant instead of curious, creative and developing our own “innerstanding” of what motivates and feeds us on all levels us naturally and uniquely.

Most are discouraged from trying to hitch their careers to their passions with comments like “You can’t make money doing that! And there’s no demand for someone with a degree in that!” So most are steered towards career tracks that become other people’s lives and not ones own. Nice way to smoother ones spirit!

We imprison ourselves in mental cages constructed year by year insidiously by years of government and even private “education” by gradually eroding our natural fitness through more and more hours of sitting and less and less allowance of being able to question anything. We are told to download them regurgitate on command with no unique but correct answers of our own.

Those considered to be “Top Students” display the most effective “Stockholm Syndrome”

Click here for the meaning of: Stockholm Syndrome

Intended to set us up to unquestionably live as literal modern day slaves or creatures the so called upper class parasitically feeds upon to support and build their lifestyles that offer more access to optimal resources and more leisure time to pursue what’s considered to be higher objectives that are in reality only impoverished thinking dressed in the drippings of ego.

For everyone below them in their self imposed hierarchy, their fate is to travel a rut: debt for a degree before any income is earned, graduating to career paths that have evolved beyond the data fed to the student by the time the student is ready to begin their chosen degree qualifying work.

Entry level jobs are all set up so the employer can get away with paying us the least the employer can get away with under the law.

Graduate degree jobs - employers seek workers in or from other countries because the other countries wages are so low that if the employer throws in a little more money or perks the foreign employee feels as if they’ve won the lottery!

More and more companies are outsourcing to third world countries jobs where they can pay pennies on the dollar compared to what’s considered 1st world wages.

The largest trend right now is companies automating production, and processes to keep manufacturing and distribution in the country of consumption but also allow the stock holders and board of directors to keep even more of the profits.

This above pattern is interesting because capitalism requires that the population have or produce their own money to buy the ever increasing one use and throw away stuff the machines of efficiency produce millions of a day but these same machines are putting humans out of jobs!

Working ridiculously long hours or multiple jobs, sucks the life force right out of us.

We try to fill with void by buying stuff that does nothing to give us back what was stolen. Leaving us impoverished and in debt often times.

That’s one heck of a bleak image eh? But it’s life for those tick ticking along unaware that that are unaware.

In The Matrix Morpheus calls it “Like a Splinter in The Mind”

I know for me, I didn’t come into this Life just to grind my life away just to pay some bills, make some guy rich so he could live the life of my dreams and I end up worn out, broke and on dialysis and a cabinet full of drugs until I died of some system failure or drug contraindications. (Side effects)

I spent the early decades of my life in the sport of Bicycle Road Racing. I had a dream of one day getting paid to do what I loved. So I pursued becoming a Pro Cyclist. As I moved up I realized that i didn’t hold all the cards necessary to make it to the top ranks. It was in the hands of many layers of others and as we know today: drugs!

It took me 3/4 million miles in the saddle to gain enough perspective to see that path wasn’t it.

I eventually realized I didn’t like constant competition and the shallow dog eat dog thinking of the culture that goes with it.

I craved to find others who enjoyed high level fitness and were more intentionally aligned with their hearts and helping others innerstand their own unique personalities and how to create a funded life that supported and cultivated them in alignment with their core values.

I shifted from the pursuit of becoming - being a Professional Cyclist to becoming an employee in hopes of a “Normal” lifestyle where  cash flow would become like a faucet or ATM machine and I’d have exposure to more varieties of people, their experiences and personalities. I wanted to see and know more of what life had to offer.

The trap in that thinking was not realizing how becoming an employee is trap! I thought I’d work the winters and quit for the summers to go bike racing.

I quickly realized that because those in jobs and those in charge of staffing aren’t free themselves, they don’t want anyone else in that in their sphere of influence to have more freedom than they do. You quit for the season? Don’t come back!

In bicycle road racing if I wanted to make more money I raced more and set myself up to win more.

In a job, the boss controlled what I earned and even whether I earned and instead of becoming fitter each day, I became more unfit.

Instead of finishing the day feeling filled with endorphins, I was full of cortisol - the negative stress hormone.

Instead of being hungry for living foods, I craved dead foods and condiments to cover up the dead foods repulsively flat or dead taste and got taken out by the lack of nutrients as in brain fade - jo energy for workouts or training!

Instead of drifting off to sleep easily, I was restless and even once asleep, no matter how many hours I slept, I woke up tired and not ready to go back to work but had to because if I missed any hours of work my bills and the month wouldn’t overlap. A constant fear cycle that was eating me up inside.

Sound familiar?

Weeks became months, months became years, a thought kept whispering in my mind until one day it became a scream!

“There’s got to be a better way to make money and still have a Life!?”

A way to have a more than adequate cash flow that allowed anyone to be free to workout, rest as needed or desired, rise when inspired, explore and have adventures as desired, be free to meet varieties of people through our alignment of like or kindred spirited instead of by assignment as in a job environment!

And since it was obvious that very few people in the “Master - Slave” kind of work - money arrangement seemed happy at all:

What would a residual income producing businesses model look like?

(Residual income is money produced by systems and resources that produce income on auto pilot on a predictable interval like monthly)

Residual Income is historically is normally a feature of money production available mostly to the rich who have either inherited wealth to invest or have learned to work systems that leverage their time and effort and or other resources to make money while they sleep or do other things as so with the traditional image of wealth  most of those who I attract are repulsed by including myself.

I also wanted my ideal location independent business to give me the wisdom to illuminate a path fir others to set themselves free financially along with optimizing their health.

The link below will leverage your ability in how you can turn your own desire to power up your body into a self employment business model that is built from the ground up for personal and financial freedom. Perfect for introverts as I coach on attraction and alignment instead of hustling and forceful selling.

What you\"re about to explore is the purest form of Entrepreneurship that exists in modern society. I consider this financial justice in a system mostly bent on unfair and disempowering practices.

You won’t need any kind of traditional capital, special degrees, buildings, accounting skills, licenses or anything. You will do no selling, door knocking, convincing, arm twisting, chasing people or any other annoyingly ridiculous behavior.

Think “Alignment”

You are reading this right now because recently you’ve had thoughts about exactly what I’ve spelled out here and you attracted me and this possibility into your life.

What you are and what you want is innately attractive in similar ways to how a magnet attracts metal filings.

The fruits of this attraction belong to you, no different than the bird flying by me just now has desires for food and in flying about and allowing it’s inner connections to it’s pure intentions will collapse time and space to eventually be in front of the seeds it needs for optimal nourishment.

We all have this ability when we sidestep the noise of the zombie mind driven world and listen for even a few moments to our hearts with an open mind towards asking the whole mind to assist us in bringing about our Truest Nature.

Who you are right now and what you’ve already got is more than enough to begin your realignment to your ideal life.

The first step in your realignment will be to optimize the way you fuel your journey from the inside out.

Humans are not designed to thrive upon a diet of mostly dead foods.

Is Sugar Your Enemy or Friend?

Is Sugar really the root to so many evils as we are sold to believe?

All the primates in nature that are closest in DNA comparison to humans are wired to consume roughly 80% of their daily caloric needs from carbs in the form of fruits.

The other 20% is: roughly 10% by calorie volume as proteins or free form amino acids & 10% plant fats or unsaturated fatty acids.

Note: Pay attention to the reality that 80% of our daily to weekly calorie intake by design is geared towards simple and easy to digest carbohydrates. What simple carbohydrates tend to be plentiful and available pretty much year round in the tropics where primates seem to have evolved from?

Or if your the Christian religious type, What would have been plentiful is the hypothetical Garden of Eden?

Fruits! Natures encoded word for water rich, sweet loads of sugar!

Fructose in fruits happens to one of the few sugars the body can burn directly without the need to convert it to glucose or has to use internal chemical resources to convert this form of cellular energy into a useful form.

We've been sold the idea that we need to eat a lot of protein when in truth even a baby is in it steepest growth stages once born has very low protein needs.

In a gut that's originally clean and properly seeded with mother vaginal biome of bacterial cultures, the cleanliness and intactness of the intestines villi quality is far more important than quantity

(Villi = Hair like structures that line the intestinal walls that contain capillaries filled with red blood cells that bring metabolic waste to be transferred to the intestines for removal and to absorb incoming broken down nutrients)

Fats at a greater ratio than about 10% only occurs in breast milk while a child is also growing rapidly based on the knowledge humans are natural fruitarians on the "What Optimizes Human Fueling?" research to date. Humans are the only mammals that believe they ought to consume the milk of other animals especially after weaning age.

An easy metric to confirm what innate or natural human food is: Take a just crawling toddler and put it in a play pen or enclosed space with a pile of seeds, a pile of nuts, a pile of grains, a pile of greens, a pile of cuts of veggies, a pile of cuts of raw meats, and a pile of cuts of raw fruits.

The child once hungry, will quickly put a hand full of each possible choice into it's mouth and trust its tongues receptors as the final say as to which is edible, digestible, appealing to its palate, safe to eat to satiation. It will spit out any choices its not wired or designed to be attracted to by nature.

The largest piece of real estate on the human tongue is dedicated to tasting for sweets. That means sugar!

True carnivores have the largest portions of their tongue set up to taste for various types of proteins and fats and if they have any propensity for the taste of sugar its a small part of the surface area of the tongue.

True carnivores all have night vision, long snouts so they can stick their mouths inside a carcass and feast upon its innards while its eyes are still free to keep an eye out for other carnivorous animals that could attack it while its head is down low. All carnivores have strong acidic saliva and digestive juices to nullify ecolli and salmonella and to digest bones, hair, ligaments, muscle and such. Humans do not have any of these qualities.

We require technology to be able to even consume most of what was rejected by the toddler above. We are the only species who believes we must induce a fever into our food choices to make them safe to eat and or digestible. We are also the only species that believes it needs to add minerals and plant extracts or even parts or chunks of plants to what we eat to convince the tongue that our choices are desirable enough to want the tongue to let it past to the throat!

So knowing how naturally attractive without any technology fruit is to all humans we know that's the core food for us.

Humans are innate or natural Fruitarians who are designed to supplement its fruit centered diet with the softer species of greens and veggies that tend to have a slight sweetness to a human tongue that's clean. Supplemented further by a few nuts and seeds that are edible and digestible raw once a shell or husk is removed with simple pounding against any firm surface or object.

Sugar is about as addictive as oxygen in air. Every cell in the human meat suit runs on sugar.

Most systems of the body can run in a pinch on ketones which some of the building blocks of proteins or muscle tissue or fatty acids however, keep in mind that to break down a fat or protein molecule all the way to an actual burnable sugar molecule requires a ton of chemical or bodily resources to do so. Thus inducing ketosis which is popular in the different forms of "Paleo or Ketonic" diet schemes these day is not sustainable long term and will deplete bodily reserves of various nutrients and raw materials creating starvation like counter reactions like cravings, mood swings, lethargy, bipolar and other mental illness patterns.

Knowing very cell in the human body runs on sugar, the brain has top priority for any available supplies as it runs exclusively on glucose the bodies main form of sugar.

If the brain gets too deprived of glucose, it will instruct the body to catabolize or breakdown any and all muscle including the heart itself to create fuel for itself!

Our brains being programmed by our tribal habits or the TV to put "Eat" labels on bad things doesn't make them good for you.

Eating the egos ideas of food creates addictions and encourages ignorance. The word ignorance implies that we know but choose to ignore that we know. Thats why this post makes so much sense to so many. Out innate intelligence is still with us and has been trying to get our attention all along. Its time to listen and heed its gentle and powerful voice and knowledge. It's knowledge comes from thousands, perhaps millions of generations of experimentation as to what work and what does not for us to live a healthy and happy life.

Educate yourself.... Question what you have sucked down by default indoctrination.

Satiation happens when what you eat empowers all of who you are, not just the ego. It's as simple as that...

Why I Became a RAW 80-10-10 VEGAN

So many people ask me about my diet, I’d like to write a concise article describing the “what and why” of my diet. Since this is intended as a brief explanation, I won’t include references or in-depth scientific information. Both are available in the resources listed at the bottom, all of which come highly recommended.

I eat a high calorie, high carbohydrate, low fat raw vegan diet, best described in the book The 80/10/10 Diet by Dr. Doug Graham. I eat only whole, fresh, ripe, raw, preferably organic plant foods. I get most of my calories from fruit, since vegetables are so low in calories that it would be impossible to build a sufficient diet around them, and grains and legumes are totally unappealing in their whole, unprocessed state.

Some typical food days for me might be:

¼ - 1/3 of a large watermelon for breakfast,
12 bananas and 2-4 mangoes for lunch

Mid afternoon or evening meal: 1-2 large Red Delicious apples, 1-2 heads of romaine lettuce, ½ lb fresh spinach, 2 celery stalks, ½ cup shredded cabbage, 1-2 large carrots, ½ cucumber, 1 bell pepper or 6-8 sweet peppers

On days when I am running 15-30 miles 20-30 fresh dates and 3-6 more bananas or more watermelon, mangoes, peaches to rehydrate and reload carbs and minerals.

I usually aim for 1700-6500 calories in a day depending on whether I am running that day or not and how far I go on those runs. I use a free program called Cronometer to track my calorie and nutrient intake occasionally to verify that I am taking in enough calories and nutrients to maintain about a 5-6% body fat ratio.

I grew up on SAD (Standard American diet) including meat, dairy, eggs, breads, fruit and vegetables, like most of us (Even though most of it was grown either in our yard or on a local free ranged farm. I had appendicitis at age 13 and they found a piece of rotting BBQ beef in it on removal! I transitioned over the next couple years to a Vegan diet and was discovered by a local Bicycle Race Team and invited to become a part of the Bicycle Race Community.

Before my appendectomy I was always super ripped with a very defined “6 pack” and afterwards I saw that no matter how active I was I held onto more body fat especially in the abs than I was used too. As a Vegan relying mainly on vegetables and some fruit, I did bring the fat ratio down but mostly in my legs. I had chronic cravings, I was too low in body fat everywhere except my abs and would resort to raw nuts for more calories and the included fat to try to satiate my cravings.

I had to break my Vegan streak by going back to cheese, yogurts, eggs and some wheat (even though I knew wheat inflamed my digestive tract like nothing else!) Over the years I kept exploring various versions of raw vegan diets. When I came upon Internet blogs and sites speaking about the RAW Fruitarian way of eating, I dismissively assumed that it was for spaced-out hippies and a video I saw by a raw food ‘guru’ confirmed this suspicion. However, I began to come across Ultra Marathon Runners who were performing at levels non Vegans dream about and were holding at 4-5% body fat without cravings and became interested in trying a 100% raw diet.

I tried the typical, “Hollywood raw”/gourmet raw diet, which is very high in fat (as much 60-80% calories from fat, compared to the already high-fat SAD around 25-30%), and includes ingredients like vinegar, oil, salt, spices, garlic, onions, superfoods, and supplements, all of which I now know create cravings, imbalances, overdoses and over eating. I was unable to stay on this diet because I was constantly hungry and craving cooked foods. Most “raw vegan” restaurants are of this design.

After a while in the raw vegan community, I heard about a crazy character called the Durianrider (real name Harley Johnstone). I watched one of his youtube videos and he immediately had my attention. He was talking trash about meat-eating and cooking foods, as well as the typical, high-fat, gourmet raw diet. He was promoting a simple, fruit based diet called the 80/10/10 Diet. I was impressed by his athleticism, his passionate, abrasive approach, and the health he displayed. His wife Freelee Love had beat out bolimea and candida and they were both beautiful examples of health and vitality. He mentioned getting a copy of the 80-10-10 diet book and I was still hesitant. Then through his Friend List on Facebook I connected with Victoria Arnstein and her husband Michael who both also exemplified what eating “811” could do and I bought the book. Sucked it up like a sponge!

During that reading time and at conclusion I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt what I had done wrong in my prior attempts to find the most natural and functional way to fuel my body there is. Within days I experienced the inflammation in my guts dissipating, my cravings diminished, especially for salt, crunchy nacho chips, all desire for anything animal sourced disappeared, and my mind suddenly retained longer chains of information when I read a serious of numbers and needed to retrieve them later.

I did notice a few weeks of “cleansing” where I had periods of the day where I felt a bit sluggish as I fully expected my body to do some deep house cleaning since I no longer loaded up my digestive system with stuff that made it acidic instead of alkaline.

A partial list of some benefits I’m experiencing:

· At my perfect weight (and the return of my six-pack!)
· Greater muscle definition and vascularity
· I tan easily as a 80-10-10 RAW Vegan. Melanin: the hormone your body uses to regulate pigment production is thrown out of balance by eating animal products (which contain the melanin that the animal was using).
· Pleasant body odor
· Not weighed down after meals
· Natural 4-6% body fat without having to “diet”
· Food prep is no more complicated than peeling a banana, slicing a mango or tossing a salad (No more need to wash cook ware or other big messes!)
· I enjoy my food more with no concern about getting fat or becoming tired I am after a delicious meal.
· I know now when I’m hungry, and I only eat when I’m hungry. I have no impulse to eat for amusement, or emotional comfort. This leaves me much freer to focus on getting things done, running, and relationships, things that really matter to me.
· My diet doesn’t contribute to the white washed cruelty and killing of other animals. (I recommend reading Animal Liberation by Peter Singer for a very compelling argument in favor of equal consideration for non-human animals’ needs)
· By eating food grown in trees, we encourage the reforestation of the planet, which is vital to combat climate change and desertification.
· By eating fruit, we dramatically decrease water consumption in food production and even for personal consumption like from bottled or filtered water by several factors of ten compared to eating meat.
· I wake up feeling energized and happy.
· My breath always smells good, even right when I wake up.
· The Gout that was forming in my left foot – toes is 80% gone and continues to abate week by week as my body becomes more alkaline and replaces less than optimal tissues now that it has what it actually has always needed.
· Bowl movements take moments instead of half the morning and no longer stink up to bathroom. No more gas either!
· The quiet and peace I feel in my body whether I am at full throttle out running or sitting on the couch at my home with my family.
· I don’t waste money on excito-toxins, fractionated and broken foods or stimulants like vinegar, oil, spices, so called super foods, or supplements.
· I don’t consume energy cooking/heating my food. A significant amount of energy is consumed in America from household cooking.

I’m more excited about this way of fueling than any one else in my household but the results have some of my family reading The 80-10-10 Diet book and researching it online! It’s certainly subversive but I’m not at all the only person doing this. At an online community called 30 Bananas A Day , there are thousands of people interested in this lifestyle, including World Class Ultra Marathon Runners, Cyclists, Weightlifters, Cross Fitters and Body Builders, Rock Climbers, Speed Skaters, Gymnast, and many other athletes. There are several other LFRV (low-fat raw vegan) online communities that have sprung up in the last year as well. Now is the time for you to experience greater health than you have imagined possible!

Go bananas and eat some fruit!

New Technology to Maximize Your Ability to Adapt to the Stress of Running and Life!

Ever wonder if your maximizing your genetic potential?

I know I have for decades!

I spent over $130 mo for decades to make sure I fed my body every possible nutrient it needed to adapt to everything I exposed it to.

I knew I got some benefit from the mix of vitamins, minerals, herbs and enzymes I concocted daily but I also knew that I peed a lot of them out, didn't always get what I needed and OD-ed on some nutrients and usually had little idea which or what I consumed that caused anything from rashes, to dry skin, to tender skin, swelling, joint pain, fluid retention, loss of thirst, loss of appetite, to name a few symptoms.

For years I've told many that someday a company would show up that could look at one's genetic make up and custom tailor nutrition that was perfect to what that persons unique DNA required for optimal function and to support maximally perfect cell replication or regeneration.

Recently I was made aware that such a company does just this and is available to anyone who wants to get the most out of their body's potential whether it's perfect adaption to running, work, workouts, family stress or any other force the body and it's occupant has to adapt to!

Email me at NextLevelMentor at GMail dot com for links to one click videos about this!

This is an idea who's time has come! Or look me up on https://www.facebook.com/LandSurfingFrugan
